M. Jacob Werner, Esq. Pingus Investments General Council has over thirty years of experience and has held positions in both the legal and corporate world. Prior to founding Werner Management, Jake was the President & COO of the nation’s oldest manufacturer of walk-in coolers/freezers and structurally insulated panels. In the legal arena, Jake held positions as: Senior Tax Consultant for a national business consulting firm; Vice President & General Counsel for an international packaging company; Assistant VP for Development at a major SEC University; and an attorney and later Partner in a southeastern regional firm. Jake has traveled extensively both in the US and internationally building high profile relationships around the world. He is adept at implementing innovative financial initiatives that achieve projected revenue goals. He is also able to leverage his legal expertise to counsel companies and individuals regarding the structuring of multiple financial matters. Mr. Werner Esq.,  received his formal education at Indiana University, East Tennessee State University and his JD at the University of Tennessee.

Guillermo Cruz Rotger, Founder CEO/Chairman

Mr. Rotger began his career working with counter task force government agencies in Latin America focused on illegal trafficking of monetary movement and drugs to the U.S. In 1995, in the private sector, consulted for over 150 public and private companies; duties included *structuring and implementing and providing corporate governance, *internal control and risk management consulting services for companies which are national leaders in their respective sectors, specifically, Latin America. Nearly 30 of these companies are registered on the Latin American Stock Exchange and U.S. Stock Exchange, and for these 30 companies, Mr. Rotger provided internal investigative due diligence.
